STRUCTURAL CHARACTERISTICS

Belt Width
The belt width ranges from 250 mm to 2000mm with moulded edge construction

Carcass
Carcass consists of rubber-reinforced cotton, nylon and polyester nylon
textile plies.

Cotton Belts

Application Area
Moly 3 is a lithium soap mineral oil based grease which can be used for various applications lke in joints , axels and as general purpose grease for bearing for long term application . This grease also has molybdenum di sulphide . Because of the presence of this the friction is quite low and provide excellent lubrication and can take high loads apart from providing emergency lubrication . This can be used in textile looms .

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Mould Release : Spray in a thin layer or as required in mould before injecting material in the mould and use till the product is released smoothly repeat the process after a definite cycle .

Welding Torch : Spray Simrel Anti-Spatter Spray before welding in a thin and uniform film onto the areas to be protected. Hold spray can approximately 30 cm from the surface to be protected. Also use the spray to protect the interior and exterior of nozzles, the end and outer surface of contact tips, and all other potential areas which are subject to weld spatter. It may be advisable to spray diffusers and the base of the nozzle support as well.

Application Methods
Hand held spray applicator for welding torch components and base metal areas. Wiping and mopping may be used for base metal large areas.

EASENER - Rust Loosener Agent (Multi-Functional Fluid Spray)

Application Area
For easy and quick dismantling of seized or corroded screw , bolts, joints, etc. Points susceptible to corrosion are effectively protected against corrosion . For starting wet engines . Application Area
To clean and degrease metal surfaces before surface treatment , for cleaning of bearings before lubrication . To remove oil, grease and dirt residues from assemblies , as a cleaner repair jobs etc.. COPPER GEL - Corrosion Protection Copper Paste

Application Area
Copper brown paste known as copper gel is a special copper based paste used for the protection of threaded connections exposed to high temperatures or corrosive atmosphere like valve spindles of steam lines, joints on turbine, exhaust pipe, generators engine head and marine condition threaded parts . Used under high temp. and vibratory loads and heavy -duty electrical connection . It averts seizing and sintering of threaded connection at high temperature. Can with stand temp +1100degree C.
